MoshiMobi - one time campaigns, repetitive campaigns, vote, quiz

Provided MoshiMobi with a platform that enables its clients to create Campaigns and its Affiliates to increase their revenue; making it possible to create thousands of campaigns targeting an audience of one million every month with a cheap, direct and interactive communication through text messages


Complete implementation of the www.moshimobi.com web application, starting from Business Analysis and Requirement Specification, Solution design, through the software implementation, ending with QA testing and acceptance testing.

Project Summary
Mobile Marketing Campaign System for targeting clientele with text messages. The system also includes an e-Commerce for online purchase of text messages; this e-Commerce module additionally provides Affiliate program.

Challenges
The challenge for this project was to rapidly create a functional marketing campaign system, integrating 4 Systems, namely:
(i) an e-Commerce solution,
(ii) Mobile Marketing Campaign Administration,
(iii) an SMS Management System, and
(iv) a CRM system.
The timeline for execution and delivery was critical in order to meet our client’s need to publicly present this solution within 3 months time.

Results
Based on effective project management, accurate team definition and appropriate software solution architecture the project was delivered on time and the following goals were achieved - Delivered are:
  • Campaign Management System including the creation of 4 types of Campaigns:
    • Push (one time texting),
    • Repetitive (scheduled texting),
    • Vote and Quiz (both interactive campaigns - people that recieve campaings are able to respond and answer and the MoshiMobi system receivs and sorts the text messages and answers awarding the subscirbers that gave correct answer), and
    • a workflow system for real-time Campaign execution
  • SMS management system that integrates with the Campaign Management System; this system uses a client pre-existing SMS gateway
  • CRM – an Independent Subscriber Management System that enables import of any excel/csv files regardless of their structure and provides powerful filter mechanism for creation of Subscribers lists; this system communicates with the Campaign Management System using services
  • e-Commerce: off-the shelf e-Commerce was successfully modified, configured and integrated into the entire Marketing Campaign System using existing API’s. The e-Comemrce module enables: (i) Clients/Companies to buy number of text messages online and (ii) Affiliate sales
